Itinerary

Day 1 - UK to Philadelphia
Your holiday begins with scheduled flights with United Airlines from London Heathrow or Manchester. On arrival in Philadelphia ,collect your rental car and make your way into the city. Why not visit Pat's King of Steaks or Geno's Steaks in the Italian District for the famous Philly CheeseSteaks.
Overnights(2): Philadelphia - Marriott Downtown

Day 2 - Philadelphia
Visit Independence Hall this morning and view the Liberty Bell. One of Philadelphia’s most famous pieces of public art is a bigger-than-life boxer… literally. Originally created for Rocky III, the sculpture is now a real-life monument to a celluloid hero. The fictional Rocky Balboa of Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky movies was immortalized in bronze in 1980. After filming for the movie completed, Stallone donated the statue to the City of Philadelphia. If you are feeling fit - take a run up the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps for your own Rocky moment !

Day 3 - Philadelphia - Lancaster - Pittsburgh (319 miles)
On route to Pittsburgh today, travel through the Amish Countryside and visit the town of Lancaster. Visit an Amish farm or take a buddy ride through the town. Continue this afternoon to Pittsburgh which in 2016 is celebrating its 200th Anniversary. Visit the Andy Warhol Museum and Fallingwater, considered Frank Lloyds architectual masterpieces, this evening Drive up McArdle Roadway to Mt. Washington any evening to see why USA Weekend called this vantage point "one of the Top 10 most beautiful views in the country.

Day 4 - Pittsburgh - Cleveland (133 miles)
Travel to Cleveland today and visit the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame located on the shore of Lake Erie, you can view Janis Joplin's psychedelic Porsches and Micheal Jackson's sparkly glove.
Overnight(1): Cleveland - Marriott Downtown Key Centre

Day 5 - Cleveland - Indianapolis (315 miles)
Take a tour of the Indianapolis Raceway, where the Indy 500 car race is held each year, this evening find a lively mix of bars and restaurants at Broad Ripple Village

Day 6 - Indianapolis - Chicago (182 miles)
Arrive midday and park your car as Chicago is an easy city to get around by foot. Take a tour of 360 Chicago which was formerly the John Hancock Observatory which is located a 1000ft about Michigan Avenue, Walk along Navy Pier this evening for great entertainement and eateries.

Day 7 - Chicago
Take a cultural day today and visit the famous Museum Campus along Lake Michigan. Three world-renowned museums call it home: The Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum, The Field Museum, and The Shedd Aquarium, and all are filled with opportunities to stretch your mind. This evening why not take in some sport and watch the Cubs or the White Sox battle it out on the Baseball Field, take a seat in the bleachers with the obligatory hot dog and beer.

Day 8 - Chicago - Springfield (202 miles)
Tour major historical sites including Abraham Lincoln's Presidential Library Museum and Lincoln's Tomb in the city of Springfield.

Day 9 - Springfield - Alton (85 miles)
Visit sites along the Great River Road to Alton, the town is at the convergence of the Mississippi, Illinois and Missouri Rivers, Why not take to the water on a canoe, kayak or raft before antiquing this afternoon in the town.

Day 10 - Alton - St Louis - Branson (274 miles)

Visit the Clinton Presidential Library and explore nearby Civil War Sites.

Day 15 - Dallas - UK
Time for some quick souvenir shopping before dropping your rental car of at Dallas Airport to check in for your flights home.
